Dr. Courtney ElliottChiropractorAs a young competitive gymnast Dr. Courtney (Davis) Elliott was often around injuries and early on became fascinated with the body and injury prevention and healing. She loves to research nutrition and tools to optimize health and wellbeing to utilize in practice. Dr. Courtney is a native Tucsonan who graduated from the University of Arizona in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She received her doctorate in chiropractic in 2007 from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Courtney is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, has received certification in the Webster Technique, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Acupuncture, Yoga and Sound Therapy. Dr Courtney is also a certified Softwave Technician and HOCATT Technician well as in pediatrics and prenatal chiropractic.
Along with practicing Chiropractic Dr. Courtney is a certified childbirth educator. She enjoys staying very active outdoors and spending free time gardening and hiking. Dr. Courtney has been serving Tucson since 2008 with over 75,000 chiropractic adjustments.

Dr. Rhonda SturgeonChiropractorDr. Sturgeon’s intention to help people transcend their suffering to experience well being through Chiropractic care. For this to occur, patients undergo a transformation process that helps them reconnect to their own innate healing powers. She has received several years of Chiropractic care herself, seeing firsthand the tremendous results in the body that removing pressure and stress from the nervous system yields.
Outside of the office Dr. Sturgeon participates in yoga, biking, hiking and simply enjoying the outdoors. She pursues a holistic lifestyle that is in alignment with her practice, serving all who experience her touch.

Dr. Ardeschir MehrabaniDoctor of Nautropathic MedicineNaturopathic Doctor Dr. Ardeschir (pronounced R-deh-sheer) Mehrabani is a licensed Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Mehrabani spent most of his life in Germany. After high school, he spent two years as a Civil Servant with the Red Cross helping disabled individuals lead more active lives. During that time, he realized the need for comprehensive and integrative healthcare.
In 1995 Ardeschir moved to the United States from Germany to pursue his Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. He did his pre-med studies at the University of Arizona in Tucson where he received his B.S. in Biology. In 2000 he moved to Seattle to attend Bastyr University.
During his five years at Bastyr, Ardeschir completed extra training in Primary Care Medicine, studying under two renowned Naturopathic Physicians. While completing his clinical training at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health, he added extra shifts on Saturdays to focus on Physical Medicine and Hydrotherapy. He worked at the Consejo Counseling and Referral Center, a free clinic for the underserved Latino population. Pursuing his interest in Geriatric Medicine, Dr. Mehrabani worked at the Greenwood Senior Center, and Providence Marinwood Retirement Community, both free clinics serving Washington Seniors.
Dr. Mehrabani sees patients of all ages and backgrounds and has a particular interest in musculoskeletal complaints, endocrine complaints, male health, cardiovascular and digestive issues as well as mental emotional issues. Trained by the Pioneer of the Lyfgot Technique of Neural Prolotherapy (NPT), Dr. Mehrabani enjoys seeing the profound benefits of NPT daily. He uses NPT to treat joint pain and ligament/tendon issues and other syndromes ranging from Trigeminal Neuralgia to Morton’s Neuroma.Dr Mehrabani is a member of the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association and the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians. He is a founding Board Member of the Naturopathic Academy of Primary Care Physicians.
Outside of work, Ardeschir enjoys playing with his kids, soccer, tennis, and the guitar.
