Health on a Budget with Chiropractic Care
We are convinced that chiropractic care will help you stay healthy and pain-free, using only a small amount of your time and money. Our chiropractic health professionals will help you care for your most important asset--your health. We truly believe that prevention is the best cure, and regular chiropractic care will be far less time-consuming and expensive than trying to recover from pain or an injury after it's happened. Payment, Cancellation and No Show Policy

This policy has been established to help us serve you better. As a part of our continuous effort to provide you with the best care and accommodate all appointment request we have a cancellation and no show policy. All payments are due at the time of service, all new patients are required to prepay for services, exam deposits are non-refundable. We are an out of network, cash pay clinic and do not accept or process insurance claims on your behalf. If you are of Medicare age and would like utilize your benefits we will be happy to refer you a provider that can assist you.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such we require 36 hours notice for any cancellation or changes to your appointment without a charge to your account. Patient who provide less than 36 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file ($35.00 for chiropractic service, $65 for acupuncture and Softwave therapies. Full price will be charged for Massage, Craniosacral, lactation, yoga therapy, Physical therapy and HOCATT, Naturopathic Medicine and Network Spinal Analysis Chiropractic.
If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to fit you into the schedule. Please understand you may have an extended wait until there is an opening in our schedule. If you are 15 minutes late we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge you a missed appointment fee. Each patient (family) may only cancel 3 appointments during a twelve-month period. Patients (family) who exceed our policy will be required to prepay for service. We will notify patient after they have cancelled 2 appointments. Excessive cancellations may require dismissal from our practice.
We understand that situation arise when an appointment can not be kept and adequate notice is not possible. These situations will be considered on a case by case basis.
