Whether you are looking for beginner yoga classes or want to participate in regular meditation, we offer a plethora of helpful yoga services for everyone at every level. It can sometimes feel daunting jumping into the healing world of yoga, but Resiliency Wellness Center in Tucson, AZ, has all the yoga services you need to begin your path to wellness. We also offer a wide range of services for patients of all ages, such as massage therapy, spinal manipulation, and more. Call us and book your appointment today at (520) 392-1290.  All Classes require registration, (or waitlist).  We offer many specialty classes  that have a minimum number of students to host the class, if the class does not have enough participants the class will be cancelled 24 hours prior by phone. 


Class Late Cancelation

Classes must have three students in order to be held. - class cancellation will be made through email. 

Unlimited Policy

Bookings made with an unlimited plan must cancel at least 24.
 

Limited / Drop-in Policy

Bookings made with a limited plan must cancel at least  24 hours before class start time or pay a penalty of  the session, fee, or credits used to pay for class.


Class No-Show/ No- Call Policy

 Unlimited membership

Bookings made with a unlimited plan who no-show for a class will pay a penalty of  $25.00 , session fee will be returned as account credit. 

Limited / Drop-in Policy

Bookings made with a limited plan who no-show for a class will pay a penalty of $25.00 They will also lose  the session, fee, or credits used to pay for class.

    Resiliency Power Flow

    45 min class

    Embracing the full health benefits of our infrared heated room at 105 degrees and 40 humidity.   Efficiently challenge your body and relax your mind in this power flow focused on balance, alignment, posture, and joint lubrication with motion.

    This is the perfect class for you if you are looking for a quick class with strengthening upbeat postures, a good sweat and a calming of your mind.

  • Hot Yoga,
    Hot Yoga 26 +2

    Heated

    Enjoy a spin on traditional hot yoga with 26 posture series in a rejuvenating class set sequence.  Build strength, create balance, and flexibility and sweat your stress away.  Class is suitable for all levels and includes breathing exercises, a standing series a floor series and specifically designed to nourish your spine.   Come to class well hydrated.

  • Vinyasa Yoga
    Vinyasa Warm 85

    60-minute class, heated to 80-85 degrees 
    Vinyasa Yoga employs the use of creative sequences focusing on the fluidity of conscious breath with movement.  Vinyasa is considered a moving meditation through a variety of yoga asanas (poses), flowing seamlessly into the next uniting mind, body and prana (breath).  In each 60 minute class, you can expect to practice balance and strength in both your mind and body.
